1. No issue with the item:
Customer can return the item in 10 days after sign the package, customer are responsible for the return shipping cost+10% restock fee.
Due to the long distance of international transportation, we strive to ensure that the boxes are in perfect condition, but we cannot guarantee that each box will be flawless. If you require the boxes to be 100% perfect, we recommend looking for another supplier. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Item has defects :
If you need to replace any parts, please send an email to: xmiaonline@gmail.com.
We will send the customer replacement part first, it may take some days(14-90 days) depending on the factory response speed. After we receive the replacement part and ship it to you, the warehouse will send you an email with a tracking number.
If the factory can’t provide replacement parts, we will offer a partial refund to buyers in the following two situations:
1. After-sales requests submitted within one month of receiving the product.
2. Requests related to products found damaged upon unboxing, and where the buyer can provide videos or pictures as evidence.
Customers need to be responsible for the resell shipping cost if they do not accept replacement parts or partial refund and insist on returning the item. We will provide a delivery address once the item is resold to the next buyer as a sample. Once the customer has shipped the item and provided the carrier and tracking number, we will only offer a full refund or store credit. Resending of the product is not supported.
