As one of the most popular Primarchs in the Warhammer universe, Sanguinius is renowned for his “perfection” —— divine countenance, exceptional leadership, and the mightiest single-warrior combat capability in the galaxy. From the redeemer of the “Flesh Tearers” to the guardian of the Eternal Gate during the Siege of Terra, his tragic end adds profound epic depth to the character. JOYTOY’s new 1/18 scale articulated figure (JT00218) fulfills collectors’ long-standing desire to visualize the “Great Angel” in three dimensions.
Standing approximately 18.8cm tall, the figure is modeled after Sanguinius’ classic appearance during The Horus Heresy:
- Painting and Details: The golden artificer armor features gradient shading, with ruby inlays symbolizing Terra, Baal, and its moons. Natural metallic oxidation effects and weathered edges highlight a battle-worn texture.
- Wing Design: The detachable white wings, crafted from ABS plastic, boast intricate feather textures and multi-joint folding. Fully extended, they span 25cm, vividly capturing the “angelic” iconography.
